Greenville Federal Credit Union and The Greenville News announced 9-year-old Lila Grace Mitchell as the March Community Hero for her advocacy and fundraising efforts to support children with Alopecia and the Upstate Alopecia Support Group.
Greenville Federal Credit Union announces six new scholarships to be awarded in the spring.
Greenville Federal Credit Union announced it will award six scholarships to Greenville County graduating seniors in the spring of 2022. The scholarships will be awarded to eligible high school seniors to help fund their first year of college or technical school. For the 2021-22 school year, one $5,000 needs-based scholarship and five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded. The scholarship application is now open online, and winners will be announced in April 2022.
Greenville Federal Credit Union to host arts and crafts supply drive for area non-profit.
Greenville Federal Credit Union will host an arts and crafts supply drive the week of March 14 - 18. All items collected will be donated to A Child’s Haven, a local non-profit organization that treats children with developmental delays as a result of limited resources, abuse, or neglect. Read more.
