Equal Opportunity Employer
Greenville Federal Credit Union hereby reaffirms its commitment to the principle of Equal Employment Opportunity in its Human Resources policies and practices. It is Greenville Federal's policy to recruit, hire, train, and develop into all job levels, employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, veterans status, or any other protected classification under federal, state, or local law. All such decisions are based on (1) individual merit, qualifications, and competence as they relate to the particular position, and (2) promotion of the principle of equal employment opportunity.
All other Human Resource programs such as compensation, benefits, transfers, layoff, return from layoff, training, education, tuition assistance, and social and recreational programs are administered without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other protected classification under federal, state, or local law.
Drug Free Workplace
The illegal use of drugs is a national problem that seriously affects every American. Drug abuse not only affects individual users and their families, but it also presents new dangers for the workplace.
The President of the United States has urged business and labor to take a leadership role in a nationwide effort to reduce the illegal use of drugs.
Greenville Federal Credit Union is committed to providing a safe work environment and fostering the well-being and health of our employees. Illegal drug use jeopardizes this commitment, and undermines the capability of the Credit Union to provide quality products and services.
To address this problem, Greenville Federal Credit Union has developed a policy regarding the illegal use of drugs, which will not be tolerated.
