Basic Commercial Checking 

Basic Commercial Checking is ideal for businesses that have a low monthly number of items and simple transaction needs.

Preferred Commercial Checking 

Preferred Commercial Checking is best for mid-sized businesses requiring a moderate amount of items per month.

  • $8.00 monthly fee
  • $2,500.00 minimum balance
  • $2,500.00 minimum deposit to open
  • Number of items per month: 250
  • Fee for additional items: $0.20 per item over 250
  • Cash deposits/withdrawals allowed per month: $2,500.00
  • Fee for additional Cash: 0.0010% of balance over cash limit


Analyzed Commercial Checking 

Analyzed Commercial Checking is designed for growing, established businesses with a high volume of monthly items.

  • $14.00 monthly fee
  • $5,000.00 minimum balance
  • $5,000.00 minimum deposit to open
  • Number of items per month: Unlimited
  • Fee per item: $0.20
  • Cash deposits/withdrawals allowed per month: $5,000.00
  • Fee for additional Cash: 0.0010% of balance over cash limit
  • Earnings Credit applied to reduce or eliminate fees on the account
    Earnings Credit Rate: Average monthly collected balance x .30% / days in a year x days in a month] - service charges. If the earnings credit allowance exceeds total monthly service charges, the service charges, other than explicit fees (if any apply), will be fully offset. If the monthly allowance (credit) earned does not exceed the total service charges incurred, then the service charges will be offset by the amount of allowance earned and the remaining amount will be assessed to the account along with any explicit fees that may apply.


Non-Profit Checking 

Non-Profit Checking is a low-cost checking account designed for non-profit organizations.

Account Opening Checklist

To open a Commercial account, visit any branch location and bring the following documents:

  • Driver’s Licenses for all signers 
  • Minimum $25 to open a Commercial Savings Account 
  • Checking deposit based on tier level 
  • Proof of Eligibility for business 
  • Proof of Address for all signers 
  • Business Tax ID Number (EIN) (For all business entities with the possible exception of Sole Proprietor) 
  • Current Secretary of State for all business entities with the exception of Sole Proprietor 
  • If you are a Sole Proprietor - EIN IRS document OR Social Security card  
  • If you are a Limited Liability Corporation - EIN IRS Document, Articles of LLC*, Operating Agreement*- if more than one member 
  • If you are a Corporation - EIN IRS Document, Articles of Incorporation*, By-Laws* 
  • If you are an Association - EIN IRS Document, By-Laws*, Letter on letterhead or meeting minutes* listing the approved signers 
  • If you are a Non Profit Corporation - EIN IRS Document, Articles of Incorporation*, By-Laws*, 501c from IRS, Signed Minutes* from Board Meeting stating the specifics of the request
