Statements and Notices

Statements and Notices

In an effort to become a leaner, greener business, we have made electronic or e-statements the preferred method of statement delivery. By this method members receive a notification via email that a statement or notice has been posted to their account which can be viewed by logging in to Online Banking or the Mobile App.  Enrollment to receive e-statements is free.  If you do not wish to enroll and prefer to receive paper statements, we will gladly provide that service for a $3 monthly fee.

The paper statement fee applies to all deposit statements. Members 18 years of age and younger, and members 60 years of age or older are exempt from the paper statement fee.

Follow these steps to enroll in Statements and Notices:

Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App.  Select one of your accounts, and click "Statements and Notices" from the menu.

Your statements will be posted to Online Banking at the beginning of each month (you will not receive printed statements through the mail after enrolling in Statements and Notices.)

You can un-enroll by selecting "Settings" next your accounts, and changing your enrollment next to "Documents". You may also visit a branch or call the Contact Center to un-enroll your accounts.

Notices

When you enroll in "Statements and Notices", you will be automatically enrolled to receive e-notices as well. Important details of your credit union account will be delivered to you via Online Banking. Paper notices will no longer be mailed to your physical address. Notices can include NSF, ACH or drafts; negative overdraft for ACH or drafts; and maturity and delinquent warnings.

For your security, you will receive a general email informing you that an important notification has been posted to your account. Simply login to Online Banking and select "Statements and Notices" to find and view the notification.
