A new feature to make your life easier! At Greenville Federal Credit Union, we’re always searching for ways to make our members’ lives easier and more convenient. This includes introducing new features to Online and Mobile Banking.
Now, our members are able to schedule payments from their savings or checking accounts to go towards their credit card balances. You’ll be able to choose the date and frequency you want for those payments.
What can scheduling your payments do for you?

· Ontime payments help improve or maintain a good credit score
· Scheduled payments can help you pay down your balance more quickly

FAQ
Q) Where can I find the new "Transfer" feature?
A) This feature can be found underneath the "Transfer" tab in Online and Mobile Banking.
Q) Can I schedule a transfer to my credit card?
A) Yes! As long as your card has a balance on it, you can schedule a transfer to your card. If there is no balance on the card and you have a regularly scheduled transfer, the transfer will expire and will not show in your recent transfers section.
Q) Can I pay on my card when it doesn't have a balance?
A) No. Transfers cannot be made to a card that does not currently hold a balance. If a transfer is made to a credit card without a balance, they will receive an error message that the transfer is unable to confirm.
