Credit union upgrades its Mortgage Servicing System to integrate with Online and Mobile Banking.

October 22nd, 2020 by Catherine James

Greenville Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that it has completed the upgrade of its mortgage servicing system. Account holders should notice immediate improvements and benefits including better access to mortgage account information.

With the new system, mortgage and escrow accounts are now visible in Online and Mobile Banking. Mortgage payment history will start displaying in November and going forward. Account holders are able to set up ACH payments to their mortgages within Online and Mobile Banking. Any auto transfers set on mortgage accounts prior to October 30 were updated in the new system and will continue as scheduled without disruption. Mortgage statements will now be integrated into the credit union’s regular monthly statements, instead of being sent to account holders as a separate statement. Mortgage and escrow account ID and Type numbers now begin with a “7” and will show as such in Online and Mobile Banking and on monthly statements.

We expect the new system to provide additional efficiencies and functionality that will improve our mortgage account services and options. Please contact us should you have any questions regarding the system update or your mortgage account.
