Members now have the option to purchase Mechanical Repair Coverage (MRC) insurance directly for all eligible vehicles. The credit union has partnered with CUNA Mutual and ForeverCar to offer a customized online portal and dedicated call center for MRC insurance plan information and purchase.
This new purchasing option gives members who may not have opted for MRC during loan closing, or who received a loan through an outside lender, the opportunity to purchase MRC as needed. It also gives members an additional resource to talk with a specialist who can answer questions, as well as additional payment options.
