Members, check your inboxes! The credit union has launched Member Connections, a new email newsletter, as an additional communication touchpoint with members. This periodic epublication will deliver the latest credit union news, service announcements, events and helpful tips in bite-sized stories to members via email.
The goal of this enewsletter is to ensure members receive the most up-to-date information about events, benefits and services that may impact or improve their financial wellbeing or their experience with the credit union. “Waiting for members to visit the credit union’s website or come in to a branch to learn about news that could affect them just doesn’t make sense in today’s fast-paced digital world,” said Catherine James, VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy. “And sometimes social media posts are missed. We want to make sure we reach members with relevant information in a timely way.”
The credit union will send Member Connections emails periodically in addition to the MoneyClips quarterly newsletter, and monthly member estatements.
